His wife, Hema Malini, has requested fans to keep him in their prayers.

The Dream Girl took to X (formerly Twitter) to reassure everyone about his health, writing on Monday evening:

'He is being continuously monitored, and we are with him.'

She further requested everyone to pray for his speedy recovery.
