In Sargodha, a medical student has allegedly been sexually assaulted by a man posing as a doctor, who reportedly recorded the incidents and extorted money through blackmail, the student, enrolled at Sargodha Medical College, had joined the institution for her internship when the alleged assault took place. 

Sources say the accused, identified as Dr Kashif, deceived the student and allegedly trapped her while filming the assaults.

The perpetrator is accused of repeatedly blackmailing the victim for financial gain.

Sargodha police have registered a First Information Report (FIR) and launched an investigation into the matter.
